Raja Sahib Stitching Policy

At Raja Sahib, we work with some of the finest tailoring experts in Pakistan to bring your outfits to life with precision and care. Customers can opt for stitching in either standard sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL) or custom sizes, for which a detailed measurement form is provided.

Once stitched, each outfit goes through a strict quality check before it is packed and dispatched. However, since our stitched orders are crafted based on individual customer preferences, we regret to inform that we do not entertain any claims or exchanges for stitched items. Stitching Terms & Conditions

  • Complaints Window: Any stitching-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the order. Issues raised after this period will not be considered.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: All stitched items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned, as they are made-to-order.
  • Measurement Tolerance: Minor variations of 0.5” to 1” may occur due to the nature of fabric and manual stitching processes.
  • Fabric Usage: Stitching will be carried out with the fabric provided in the suit. In cases where additional fabric is required due to size, design, or styling needs, our team will reach out to inform the customer.
  • Design Limitations: Some design requests may not be achievable due to fabric structure or detailing complexity. Any required modifications will be communicated in advance.
  • Color and Detailing Variations: Slight differences in color, embellishment placement, or embroidery may happen due to handwork and display screen variations.
  • Embellishments Disclaimer: Please note that the embellishments shown in product images are subject to availability in the market. While we strive to match them as closely as possible, in cases where exact embellishments are unavailable, similar alternatives of equal quality and aesthetic will be used to complete the outfit.
  • Custom Stitching Accuracy: For custom orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurement form is correctly filled. Raja Sahib will not be held liable for inaccurate fittings due to incorrect information submitted.
  • Stitching Errors: If a mistake occurs from our side during the stitching process, please notify us within 2 days of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter accordingly.

Stitching & Delivery Guidelines

  1. Processing Time Adjustments
    Stitching timelines may change in the following scenarios:
    • Fabric limitations
    • Incomplete or incorrect measurements
    • Faulty material received from supplier
    • Design complications or unique customizations
    • Unforeseen operational challenges

Should any of the above occur, our stitching team will contact you via email with an updated delivery schedule.

  1. Order Acceptance
    By placing a stitching order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of revised timelines based on the scenarios mentioned above.
  2. Collection Launch Delays
    If your order is from a pre-booked collection, stitching time will commence from the launch date of the collection. If the brand delays the launch, stitching timelines will be revised and communicated.
  3. Shipping Timelines
    • International Deliveries are handled via trusted courier services like DHL, FEDEX, and SKYNET. Deliveries typically take 4 to 7 working days depending on the destination.
    • Unforeseen Delays such as weather disruptions, logistics challenges, customs clearances, or national holidays may affect shipment timelines.
    • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Raja Sahib is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or regulatory factors.
  4. Customer Communication
    Throughout the stitching and dispatch process, customers will receive timely updates via email. In the case of any delay, you will be promptly notified with revised timelines.
  5. Deadline for Measurement Submission
    • Measurements must be submitted within 2 months of placing the order.
    • If not submitted within this period, the order will be shipped as unstitched, and the stitching amount will be credited to your Raja Sahib wallet (non-refundable).
    • If the customer wishes to proceed with the order after 3 months, updated stitching and shipping charges will apply as per current rates.
